* Remain at your PC during the support session
* Support sessions are chargeable

- Click on a representative name to start a support session.
- Bomgar.exe will download (bottom left of your web browser or top right)
- Click on the Bomgar download and run
- The Customer Support Agreement will pop up: Read and if agree, Check “I have read and agree.”
- Support Representative connection will commence shortly with our chat window.
